At GravaStar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your futuristic gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your GravaStar product in its original sci-fi inspired packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
